How do I get started?
Download the Mac client, sign in with email or Google, and complete microphone and hotkey setup.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has a monthly character limit; Pro offers unlimited usage and higher priority. See Pricing.
Is my voice stored in the cloud?
Not long-term. Audio is discarded after API processing; full history stays on your device.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
In the desktop account page, open pricing on the website; contact support to cancel.
Hotkey not working on Mac?
Grant Accessibility and Input Monitoring in System Settings, then quit and restart Saynix.
