Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-09

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to Saynix websites, desktop applications, and other related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Saynix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using Saynix.

1. The Services

Saynix is an AI-powered voice productivity tool that helps you work faster through speech input.

The Services may include speech-to-text, AI structuring, polishing, multilingual translation, AI-assisted writing, cross-app voice input, and other AI productivity features we may introduce over time.

Saynix may be offered through a website, desktop applications, or other forms we add in the future.

We may optimize, add, adjust, or remove features as the product evolves. Where a change may materially affect paid users, we will provide reasonable advance notice when practical.

2. Accounts and security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information; keep your credentials secure; take responsibility for activity under your account; and notify us promptly if you believe your account is at risk.

You must not share accounts to circumvent plan limits, use another person’s account, or abuse Service resources through automation.

The Services are not directed to children under 16. If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we may delete the account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that pose security risk, violate these Terms, or disrupt normal operation of the Services.

3. Subscriptions, payment, and auto-renewal

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid Services are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable tax calculation, and billing administration.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select until you cancel.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Saynix account settings or Paddle’s subscription management pages.

After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing period. Paid features remain available through the end of the current paid period.

Plan prices, feature limits, and usage quotas are as published on our website. Prices are typically shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply per Paddle and local law.

4. Refunds

Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@saynixai.com within 14 days. We and Paddle will review eligible cases.

Refunds approved through Paddle will be reflected in your account and subscription status.

5. Free plans and usage quotas

Saynix may offer free tiers, trials, promotional quotas, or limited-time offers.

Free quotas have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may be subject to feature and usage limits.

We may adjust free quotas, feature limits, or related rules as the product and business evolve.

6. Your content and ownership

While using the Services, you may submit voice input, transcripts, text you type or edit, and related information (“Input”).

Saynix may produce transcripts, polished text, translations, and other AI-generated text (“Output”).

6.1 Your ownership

You retain ownership of your Input.

To the extent permitted by law, you have the right to use Output you receive.

Saynix does not claim ownership of your Input or Output.

6.2 License to operate the Services

To provide and operate the Services, you grant Saynix a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content only as needed to fulfill your requests, deliver features, maintain stability, protect security, and provide support.

This license is limited to what is necessary to provide the Services.

7. Content processing and AI providers

To provide speech recognition, text processing, translation, and related AI features, Saynix may route your Input through technology service providers. These may include AI model providers, speech recognition providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other vendors that help run Saynix.

Saynix processes your content only as needed to provide the Services.

Your voice, text, and other Input submitted to Saynix: will not be sold by Saynix; will not be used by Saynix to train or publish AI models offered to the public; and will not be used for commercial purposes unrelated to providing the Services.

Some providers may process data under their own terms, privacy policies, and data-handling rules, including storage, processing methods, and model-improvement practices. Saynix cannot control independent third-party processing and does not guarantee behavior beyond what those providers publish.

Saynix uses commercially reasonable efforts to select reliable vendors, limit unnecessary access, and protect user content. For collection, retention, and deletion details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Data handling and privacy

Saynix collects and processes user data only as needed to provide the Services. We do not ask for information unrelated to the Services.

Depending on the feature, some voice data is used only to complete the current request; some necessary information may be used for account management, quota tracking, security, and service improvement.

See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. AI output disclaimer

Saynix uses artificial intelligence to generate and process content. You understand that AI Output may be wrong, inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or missing context.

Even when Output appears reasonable, it may not be correct. Review Output before sending, publishing, or relying on it for important decisions.

Saynix does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use Saynix for unlawful activity; to generate or spread harmful content; to harass, threaten, or harm others; to create malware; to attack or compromise Service security; to bypass usage limits; or to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services without permission.

If we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account.

11. Third-party services

Saynix may rely on third-party services such as AI models, cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and sign-in providers.

Third-party outages, policy changes, or failures may affect some Saynix features. Saynix is not responsible for third-party availability or policy changes.

12. Desktop applications and system permissions

Some features may require access to your microphone, the active application, input context, or other system permissions needed to deliver voice input.

These permissions are used only to provide the corresponding features. Saynix does not access device information beyond what is needed to provide the Services.

13. Intellectual property

Saynix software, websites, brand, product design, user interface, and underlying technology belong to Saynix or its licensors.

Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, commercially sell, or build competing products based on the Services.

14. Account deletion and termination

You may request account deletion by emailing support@saynixai.com.

After deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law, for financial records, or for security auditing.

Saynix may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the product.

15. Service availability

We work to keep the Services stable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, zero errors, or permanent availability of every feature.

Maintenance, upgrades, or security changes may temporarily affect some features.

16. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Saynix does not warrant that the Services will meet every need, that AI Output will be fully accurate, or that the Services will run forever without interruption.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saynix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, profit, or data losses, including losses arising from reliance on AI Output.

Saynix’s total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid Saynix in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms because of product changes, legal requirements, or business adjustments. Material changes will be posted on our website or communicated through the Services.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Saynix, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised through good-faith negotiation.
