Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-09

This Privacy Policy explains how Saynix ("Saynix", "we", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, desktop applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using Saynix, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using Saynix.

1. About Saynix

Saynix is an AI-powered voice productivity tool. We help you dictate text, convert speech to text, structure, polish, and translate content, and work faster across the apps you use.

We aim to collect only the information needed to deliver a reliable AI voice experience.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

2.1 Account information

When you register or sign in, we may collect your email address, authentication credentials, and profile details you choose to provide.

If you sign in with a third-party account (such as Google), we may receive authentication data as permitted by your settings on that platform.

2.2 Subscription and payment information

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. Paddle handles billing details such as name, email, and payment method.

We do not store your full card number. We may receive user identifiers, transaction IDs, subscription status, plan details, and payment status.

Payment data is governed by Paddle’s privacy policy and terms.

2.3 Product usage information

To operate the Services and improve the product, we may collect usage counts, character or quota consumption, feature usage, plan status, app version, and system environment information.

This is used for quota management, product improvement, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

2.4 Technical and diagnostic information

When you visit our website or use the desktop app, we may automatically collect IP address, device information, operating system version, app version, browser information, crash logs, and performance logs.

This is used to maintain stability, protect security, and provide support.

On saynixai.com, we may also collect website analytics such as pages visited and referral source. This does not include voice content from the desktop app.

3. Voice, text, and AI processing

Core Saynix features involve voice and text processing. When you use voice input, your audio may be sent to Saynix systems and necessary technology environments for speech recognition, transcription, AI processing, translation, and polishing.

3.1 Audio processing

Saynix is designed to minimize retention of voice data.

By default, raw audio is used only to complete the current request. After processing, we do not keep raw recordings as long-term voice archives on our servers. We do not sell your voice data.

Limited contextual signals (such as which application is focused) may be used to improve paste accuracy.

If you voluntarily submit content through support, feedback, or troubleshooting flows, that content may be kept to handle your request.

3.2 Text processing

To deliver features you request — such as transcription, rewriting, translation, or polishing — Saynix may process your text content.

We do not sell your private content and do not use it for commercial purposes unrelated to providing the Services.

4. Third-party technology services

To provide core Saynix features, we may use third-party technology services, including AI model providers, speech recognition providers, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and payment processing.

These providers may process relevant data while performing services for us. Their handling — including retention periods, processing locations, and model-improvement practices — is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Saynix does not use your private content to train or publish AI models offered to the public. We select vendors using commercially reasonable standards and take steps to limit unnecessary access.

We do not list specific technology vendors or model names in this policy; those arrangements may change as our infrastructure evolves.

5. Desktop app permissions and context

Some features may require device permissions such as microphone access, input context, or the state of the active application.

These permissions are used to enable voice input, insert text, and deliver features related to your current work environment.

Saynix does not access device information beyond what is needed for the corresponding feature.

6. How we use information

We may use collected information to provide and maintain the Services; process voice and text requests; manage accounts and subscriptions; enforce plan limits; provide support; fix errors and improve stability; prevent fraud and abuse; and improve the product.

We may send necessary service notifications such as login verification codes and billing-related messages.

Where permitted by law, we may also send marketing communications about product updates, new features, tips, and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

We process subscriptions, billing, taxes, and account administration, and comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect the security of Saynix and our users.

7. Cookies and local storage

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions such as sign-in state, user preferences, and security.

We may also use cookies or similar technologies to understand how visitors find and use saynixai.com — for example, traffic sources and our own campaign performance.

We do not sell cookie data and do not allow unrelated third parties to serve advertising through the Saynix Services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

8. Marketing and advertising

We may promote Saynix through email, our website, and paid media on third-party platforms (such as search or social networks).

Marketing emails are separate from transactional messages (such as verification codes or billing receipts). We send marketing email only where allowed by law, and every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe or update your preferences.

When we run paid campaigns, we may use attribution data — for example, which ad or link brought you to our site — to measure effectiveness. This data is used for our own marketing only.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your information to optimize advertising for other companies, and we do not allow unrelated third parties to serve targeted advertising through the Saynix desktop applications.

You may still see Saynix ads on other websites or platforms; those placements are not always personalized. To limit certain online ad personalization, you can adjust settings in your browser, device, or the platform where you saw the ad (for example, Google or Meta ad preference centers). We do not control those third-party tools.

9. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Services.

Raw voice data: by default, not kept long-term after the current request is completed, except content you voluntarily submit in support or feedback.

Account information: kept while your account is active and for necessary compliance periods.

Transaction records: kept as required by law and finance rules.

Technical logs: kept as needed for security and maintenance.

You may request account deletion by emailing support@saynixai.com.

10. International transfers

Because Saynix serves users globally, your information may be processed outside your country or region. We apply reasonable safeguards designed to protect your data and comply with applicable data-protection requirements.

11. Sharing with others

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share necessary information with service providers such as cloud hosting, AI technology vendors, payment processors, email providers, and analytics tools — only to perform work on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information when required by law, in response to government or legal requests, to protect Saynix, users, or public safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, with notice where appropriate.

We may share information with your consent.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, including access controls, data-protection practices, security monitoring, and risk management.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain uses.

To exercise these rights, contact support@saynixai.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

14. Children

Saynix is not directed to users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@saynixai.com.

15. Changes

We may update this policy because of product changes, legal requirements, or service adjustments. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.

Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
